Project Management

You can engage our Project Management Department from the initial acquisition and feasibility right up to the completion and handover of a development.

Our team are experienced, qualified and driven by achieving successful and timely outcomes for our clients. We work with you in the capacity you require, which means we customise our approach dependant on the project and client requirements.

  • Preparation of a development plan and annual program including a budget and cashflow

  • Appropriate due diligence on acquisitions if required by engaging qualified consultants on behalf of the developer. This will include construction costs, concept plans and various professional reports that may be required

  • Engage consultants in Town Planning, Surveying, Civil Engineering and various other consultants in relation to approvals and subdivision plans

  • Review and award the construction contract and engage consultants to manage and coordinate the construction process

  • Liaise and engage builders for any unit/property development

  • Liaise with the client on the progress of the development through to completion

  • Provide ongoing budgets and cash flows
